1. Which situation or book changed your perspective on life?
In the never ending learning environment that is life, moving from just recognizing some red flags to giving them the importance they had led me to a perspective change also thanks to the discovery and practice of yoga and meditation.
I couldn’t miss the opportunity to also recommend the last book-connection I had. Siddhartha, from Hermann Hesse, is a life’s journey in search of meaning and self-growth.
2. Which 3 words are most powerful for you and why?
Love – Love is love, intangible force Respect – Acceptance and recognition of both oneself and the other subject Communication – As difficult as it could be, understanding can’t be achieved without it
3. What is your mental timeout?
I think it has always been and will always be nature, but recently meditation and yoga have shown me another realm for mental timeout. In all of them, listening is essential in different ways.
4. What does seek more than just success mean to you?
Besides the established definition of success in society which refers mainly to status, position or power, the concept of success can be understood in many ways because the term of success depends on achieving a purpose, which may be different for each of us.
The sentence “Seek more than just success” already has an important connotation laying on the word “just”, it is not that important. For me that seek it’s more about self-awareness and enjoying the journey accordingly.
