1. Which situation or book changed your perspective on life?
The Bhagavad Gita. It taught me to live life with an attitude of service and that all action and relationships can be used as a vehicle for awakening.
2. Which 3 words are most powerful for you and why?
Emptiness – Remaining empty, you can allow life to surprise you. No ideas. No expectations. In that space of being, creative potentiality can express itself.
Surrender – The ability to let go, the willingness to accept what is and the release of attachment to any outcome.
Witness – Thoughts come and go, emotions rise and fade, forms are born and die.. yet the witness remains the same.
3. What is your mental timeout?
Experiencing the elements through the senses. Rituals that allow me to empty myself of myself. Lighting a candle. Burning some incense. Walking barefoot. Floating on water.
4. What does seek more than just success mean to you?
The idea of success is often defined by name and fame, money and cultural conditioning. More than success is to connect to who you truly are, having the courage to trust your inner voice and to flow fearlessly in a life led by love and intention.
