I am Cici - a yoga teacher & mental health coach from Munich.
After my studies of educational sciences & pedagogy I decided to share with people what helped me in the past years of self-healing.
Yoga & therapy guided my healing path in so many ways and that is why I became a yoga teacher & coach today.
My intention is to show children and adults that love & happiness always lies inside and that the own heart is an infinite source.
