1. Which situation or book changed your perspective on life?
There are many situations that changed my perspective on life. But one of the greatest is in 2017, when I decided to make a radical professional change – from the fashion to the automotive industry. Even if I knew that this step would not be easy, especially as a woman. But I could not be any happier about having made this change – growing not only professionally but also personally.
2. Which 3 words are most powerful for you and why?
Courage – be brave and dare a change even if it involves uncertainty. Only then you can grow beyond yourself.
Trust – believe in yourself, your vision and skills. But also trust in other people to let great and valuable connections into your life.
Creativity – only by being creative and forming something new and valuable, you can make and encourage a change.
3. What is your mental timeout?
Listening to music – on the one hand it’s a great source of inspiration for me and on the other hand the best way to relax.
Doing sports – while burning off my energy, I am not only clearing up my head but also recharging my batteries.
4. What does seek more than just success mean to you?
To me it means to go your own way, follow your passion and believe in yourself.
You don’t always have to please others. At any time, you can make a shift and go the way that feels right for you.
