Meet Evano: Linda Pappa

Co-Creating a haven of inspiration begins with us as a community. Get to know some of our members with four questions. Here are their answers.

This time we get to know Linda Pappa, artist, designer & storyteller from Greece. Thank you so much dear Linda for your time and your inspiring answers! Enjoy!

1. Which situation or book changed your perspective on life?

My journey in minimalism showed me that less is more. That I could simplify and get to the core of everything. My travels expanded and stretched my perception of what is possible – they still do. Setting roots in Crete allowed me to find grounding, to tune into the elements of nature and feel their energies pulsing within my own body. To feel that I can be a vehicle, expressing messages from a higher consciousness through all that I create.

2. Which 3 words are most powerful for you and why?

Love – The one and only truth, the one and only energy made of all energies. Love is not negative or positive, masculine or feminine. Love connects. Love creates. Love expands. Love flows through everything that is and has ever been given the gift of life – immortal and infinite.

Psychedelic – This word has a bad reputation. But for the ancient greeks, this term was sacred. Psyche translates to soul. Delos meant to reveal, to manifest. So psychedelic describes what allows the soul to manifest. Nature is psychedelic. Life is psychedelic. The great teachings of our existence itself lie in psychedelia.

Transcending – To transcend means to go further. Beyond programming, beyond fixed ideas, beyond who we thought we would be. Transcending means I am not the same person that I was yesterday, and that tomorrow I will yet again rise above who I am today.

3. What is your mental timeout?

Shifting my focus from mind to heart.
Observing what is happening outside of me.
Being present with the elements.
Noticing that everything is pulsing with life – and that I’m there to witness it.

4. What does seek more than just success mean to you?

To start with, success is completely relative and doesn’t fit in a box. Understanding this can also make us realise there are things more important than success, like flow and presence. Only when we liberate ourselves from desires and outcomes can we really be free and allow life to truly flow through us.
