1. Which situation or book changed your perspective on life?
I am very impacted by what I read and I read constantly, it would be unfair to pick a single one, however, Paulo Coelho’s manuscripts were my companion from when I was a teenager and I found great lessons on all of them.
The situation that changed me the most was the birth of my daughter, (now 17) and my yoga practice that help me to frame many previous suffering in my experience.
2. Which 3 words are most powerful for you and why?
Thank you – because our happiness and spirituality is a direct result of our gratitude, for everything and everyone (good or not!)
Faith– because when we cultivate it we eliminate doubt. No doubt equal no fear (fear is the opposite of faith)
Breath – (you’ll know why)
3. What is your mental timeout?
My mental time out is having joy! It might be through movement, it might be through indulgence.
Some of us can use spiritual teachings to become constricted in believes, but God wants us to enJOY our lives in this human body and for that we have senses.
I like comfort, adventures and close relationships. That’s my time out, when I’m doing something that brings me joy.
4. What does seek more than just success mean to you?
I am a Leo (I believe in astrology), so I’m unapologetic driven by achievements. I am also very connected to my physical body, that I use to work, inspire and also to bring connection to my love relationship.
This, however, taught me that one can achieve great success and love, but without health it becomes pointless.
For me above all is my health, I avoid behaviours and emotions that would damage it, at all costs!
